3–4 Months in Advance

ORDER WEDDING INVITATIONS

Order wedding invitations, allowing time for proofing and printing (2-3 days for proofs, 2 weeks for printing).

6–8 Weeks in Advance

MAIL INVITATIONS

Mail invitations (3 months in advance for destination weddings).

Our invitations arrive unassembled, so set aside a day or two for assembly. Consider inviting friends over with a bottle of wine to make it a fun gathering.

Mailing:  Take one complete suite to your local post office. Have them weigh the full invitation and give you the correct postage amount.

Note: Destination weddings should be mailed about 3 months in advance.


4 Weeks in Advance

Order day-of pieces (menus, programs, escort cards) and Thank You notes.


After the Ceremony

Send thank you notes ideally within 4 weeks of receiving gifts (etiquette allows 3 months). Order matching Thank You notes with invitations or day-of pieces.
