Invitations
The invitation contains all the key details about your wedding: the names of the couple, the venue, and the date, along with any extra information you may want to include. For help with crafting the perfect wording for your invitation, check out our Wedding Invitation Wording page.
Reply Card
The reply card will be returned to you or your event representative. It includes space for guests to provide their names and indicate whether they will be attending your event.
Tip: Remember to include postage on the reply envelope as a courtesy to your guests!
Insert Cards
Insert cards are useful for providing additional event details, such as accommodation information, directions or a map, or reception details. Typically, insert cards are slightly larger than the reply card.

Envelope Liners
Envelope liners are a fantastic way to add a splash of color to your invitations. You can choose to have them pre-assembled in the envelopes or receive them unassembled if you prefer to assemble them yourself.
Belly Bands | Vellum Wraps
Belly bands or vellum wraps are ideal for securing all the elements of your invitation suite and provide a stunning finishing touch.
Rehearsal Dinner
Invite your special guests to kick off your big day with a rehearsal dinner invitation. A rehearsal dinner invitation can be sent separately or included as an insert with the main invitation suite.
Programs
Wedding programs are an excellent way to guide your guests through the ceremony. Some couples also include a thank-you note to show their appreciation. Programs can be designed as flat cards, folded booklets, or even fan-shaped for a charming touch at warm outdoor weddings.
Menus
Dinner menus add a touch of elegance to your table setting. A beautifully designed menu card lets your guests know what to expect for the meal, including appetizers and desserts. For a cohesive and refined tablescape, consider pairing the menus with matching table numbers, place cards, and favor tags.
Escort and Place Cards
Escort cards guide guests to their assigned tables when they arrive at the reception, showing each guest’s name and table number. These are typically displayed near the entrance. Place cards, however, are placed at each guest’s individual seat at the table. Both types of cards are usually designed to complement your reception theme.
Events Card
If you’re planning a wedding weekend with various activities, event cards are an ideal way to provide details about the planned events, such as excursions, welcome parties, cocktail hours, after-parties, and farewell brunches. You can include them in welcome bags or display them prominently.
Tip: If you have the event details ahead of time, consider including an event card with your invitation suite.
