Consultation

For those interested in a custom order, we offer personal consultations either in person or by phone. During the consultation, we will discuss design direction, color palette, and materials. Following this, you will receive a Price Estimate outlining the items and options. Feel free to share your budget information, as we can recommend alternatives if necessary.

 

Ordering

You can order online or contact us via email.

Custom orders require a contract and deposit. To finalize your order, return the signed contract along with the 25% deposit. The remaining balance will be billed upon project completion, and the final invoice will include any changes to the order, sales tax, and shipping/delivery fees.

Design

Once we receive your order, we will start the design process.

For custom orders, you’ll receive three design mockups based on our consultation. If you would like three additional design options, this can be arranged for an extra fee. After you approve your invitation, we will design all coordinating pieces and present them in the first PDF proof.

 

Proofing

Your order includes three rounds of PDF proofs at no extra charge. Please keep in mind that colors displayed on screens may not accurately match the final printed colors, as digital proofs cannot fully replicate print press results. If you need more than the included three rounds of proofing, each additional round will incur a $20.00 fee.

 

Printing + Production

Printing takes between 2-3 weeks. After your order has been printed, the finishing touches and assembly will begin. Depending on the level of hand assembly required, production will take from 1 day – 3 weeks.

 

Completion

The final payment is due upon project completion. Clients in the Marysville, Washington area have the option of delivery or pickup. For clients outside this area, items will be shipped via USPS, which may require a signature upon delivery. USPS shipping typically costs between $11 and $19, depending on box size.
